You must be at least 18 years of age to use HereJustNow. By accessing the platform, you verify that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this service.
This is a temporary local board for your wants and needs. Don't use it to harass, spam, or drop anything illegal. If you wouldn't say it to a neighbor's face, don't drop it here.
HereJustNow is built for responsible local discourse. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, spam, fraudulent listings, or dangerous coordinates. Moderation happens in two ways:
We are a temporary service. Every post and reply clears in 60 minutes. We are not a storage service or a record-keeper. If a post disappears before you finish a deal, that’s on you. Move fast.
By posting content or coordinates, you grant HereJustNow a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content across our local grid solely for the 60-minute duration the post is active. We claim no permanent ownership over your content.
There are no private rooms here. Every thread is public. Do not drop sensitive personal info (like your phone number or home address) unless you want the whole local radius to see it.
When you tap location, we use it only for the current nearby board or the post you choose to submit. We do not run background location, save a route, or build a movement trail. We do not sell your location data to third-party data brokers.
If you choose to "Follow" a neighborhood, your browser will receive push notifications when new posts are created nearby. These alerts are private and tied to broad neighborhood zones, not your precise GPS coordinates. We do not save where you have been. Notification subscriptions automatically expire after 30 days of inactivity.
All transactional payments for "Post Boosting" are processed securely through Stripe. HereJustNow does not collect, view, or store credit card details or sensitive payment data. The $0.99 fee is a one-time transaction per spotlight—there are no recurring subscriptions. Because our digital visibility benefits are fulfilled instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
HereJustNow provides a hyper-local, real-time digital board for paid local actions, offers, and updates. We do not verify the identity, background, or intent of any user on the platform. If you choose to transition a digital interaction into a physical meetup (e.g., buying, selling, or meeting for a paid task), you do so entirely at your own risk. HereJustNow assumes no liability for offline interactions, transactions, or incidents resulting from the use of this service.
Universal Safety Guidelines:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HereJustNow, its founders, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the platform; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your interaction, digital or physical, with any other user; or (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including privacy or property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of HereJustNow shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
