HereJustNow is a temporary local board without public profiles. We use anonymous authentication and limited functional state to operate posting, local access, communication, and notifications. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, or behavioral profiles.
The browser holds anonymous authentication credentials and short-lived session data so the service can protect your posts and reconnect your current session. Reconnect PINs, call signaling, cooldowns, and optional notification subscriptions use identifiers for those features, rather than a public profile. Functional records expire or are removed by scheduled cleanup. Authentication identifiers may remain with the authentication provider until its cleanup runs.
Location, camera, microphone, and notification permissions are separate browser choices. You can revoke them or clear this site's browser data in your browser settings. Clearing browser data can remove your connection to active posts; it does not erase a payment receipt or recall copies someone else already received.
When you share location, the server records the point reported by your browser and binds it to your current session to show posts you can reach before they expire, based on an estimated drive time. That location access expires after 15 minutes; re-share location to continue. Browser-reported coordinates are not verified physical presence. Driving time is estimated from straight-line distance at 24 mph (2.5 minutes per mile); it does not use road routing or live traffic.
Exact post coordinates are kept in restricted server-only records while needed for local access and deletion. The public post does not display those coordinates. We do not request background location, save routes, build movement profiles, or sell location data.
Standard posts and their replies become inaccessible through the application after 60 minutes from creation. Paid Spotlight posts become inaccessible after 24 hours from confirmed payment. Expired content is excluded from reads immediately by the application access rules; deletion of active database content, related functional records, and associated uploaded files runs asynchronously.
There is no public posting archive. Downloaded images, screenshots, notification previews, and copies retained by another person or external service cannot be recalled.
Firestore point-in-time recovery (PITR) retains recoverable database versions for up to seven days for restricted disaster recovery. A post removed from the active service may remain in those recovery versions until the recovery window ends. Recovery data is not served as public history and is not used for behavioral tracking.
Unlinked daily site-health totals may count broad service actions without keeping a visitor identifier, post content, precise coordinates, or an individual browsing history. These are operational totals, not Google analytics or advertising conversion reports.
Hosting, Firebase, communication, and other infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and retain request or security logs under their own policies. HereJustNow does not promise that those providers retain no identifiers. Restricted operational diagnostics are used for service reliability and abuse prevention, not behavioral profiles.
Stripe processes optional Spotlight payments; HereJustNow does not receive your full card details. Restricted payment and accounting receipts may be kept for payment verification, refunds, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. They are separate from temporary public post content and are not used to build behavioral profiles.

We may need a current browser session, reconnect information, or payment reference to locate a record. Restricted recovery retention and required financial records follow the purposes above.
